What I do

I’m a Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Dietitian and provide lactation and nutrition support for prenatal, breastfeeding, and overall maternal and pediatric health. I specialize in starting solids with infants and practice with an intuitive eating lens.

I provide 1:1 support virtually for clients needing nutrition support. I specialize in a few areas including: PCOS, Gut Health, Prenatal Nutrition, and Gestational Diabetes. I also have courses specifically on Baby Led Weaning.
